Hi all, our Domino very ugly crashed few days ago.
Only thing that I noticed was that parameter “Directory” in Domino’s notes.ini was changed from d:\Lotus\Domino\Data to d:\Lotus\Domino.
After repairing back to d:\Lotus\Domino\Data and two days later minimal 50% of our users is complaning about two local replicas at C:\Program Files\Lotus\Notes\hisname.nsf and C:\Program Files\Lotus\Notes\mail\hisname.nsf (created after crash).
I will just delete replica at C:\Program Files\Lotus\Notes\mail\hisname.nsf but much more serious is that these users have (two days after server crash) all documents (messages) older than 2005 both in their folders and in back in Inbox folder…
Documents are under two folders (Inbox and e.g. ‘Friends’). They aren’t copies. When I delete message from Inbox it’s deleted also from ‘Friends’ folder.
I know I can select all thes documents in Inbox and select button Folder and Remove from folder but

what can changed Domino’s notes.ini Directory parameter?

can be there connection between changing Domino’s notes.ini Directory parameter and these problem with older mail in Inbox folder (2 days ago)?
