All Calendar Entries tab in calendar views

The Calendar View in the mail file database has Day, Week, Month and All Calendar Entries tabs.

In a custom database, if you create a view of type Calendar, only Day, Week, and Month tabs show up. How do you enable the All Calendar Entries tab?

I believe this “All Calendar Entries” tab refers to three views (see mail template for design):

Name: ($MeetingsAllByDate2)

Alias: MeetingsAllByDate2

Name: ($MeetingsOnMyCalendar)

Alias: MeetingsOnMyCalendar

Name: ($Meetings)

Alias: Meetings

I have the same problem with the “All Calendar Entries” tab.There is something I don’t get when displayed in a frame the “All Calendar Entries” tab doesn’t show,

When displayed in a view the “All Calendar Entries” tab is there bus does not function.
