I am nearly giving up. there is no agent successfully running.
what do we have to do?

Are all agents signed (i.e. saved or set in agent properties) with the correct user as stated in the server document?Use a “tell amgr schedule” command at the server console to see if they are even scheduled. A “tell amgr schedule” will give you even more information …

Did you run “test” diagnostic? You could have all background agents disabled or security problems. The test tool will tell about some common mistakes like that. There is a lot of documentation to help you in the Agent FAQ including information on test and other tools.

Are all the agent’s signed by an administrator. I had the same issue, but I had to make sure the signer of the agent was listed in the server document as an administrator.

It is not necessary to sign agents by the administrator, but it is necessary to sign agents with the id that has proper rights. Being an admistrator, though, is not a requirement.
