I need an agent to send an automatic email to users based on the subject. It’s not working. I have tried using after new mail arrives, but no luck. Rules won’t work because I need a doclink. I’ve also tried using a formula with @contains and @mailsend, but again no luck.
Any recommendations? Also, could it be conflicting with another existing agent using after new mail arrives that forwards all new emails to a group?

That’s a pretty common thing to do - there are some examples in the Agent FAQ (“out of the inbox” article has example, and I am sure Sandbox has examples).
You are doing something wrong but it is hard to tell what it could be without debugging it. Try finding an example that was done by someone else - search this forum, sandbox, agent faq, etc. It is probably one of the most common tasks in Notes so there shold be a good deal of examples.
