Agent Manager Question - Is there a way to tell which agent(s) are currently RUNNING

Hi,

I know how to bring up the schedule of agents, but is there a command to tell me which agent(s) are running under AMGR?

Just so I am clear I am not looking for which agents are scheduled to run, I’m looking for which agents are actively running at any given time during the day.

Obviously console command SHOW TASKS will show what’s running at one particular moment, but you presumably mean that you want to monitor this over a period of time.

Console command TELL AMGR DEBUG -v

or Notes.INI variables

Log_AgentManager

and

Debug_AMgr

will show when agents are run, on the console and in the log.

Then do Notes Log Analysis on your server log

See: http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=899&uid=swg21115204

Note the warning that the debug parameters will slow down your Domino server response times.

NB: Running “PerfMon” on the operating system will show you what CPU usage the Agent Manager threads are using, although not the names of the Agents.
