ALL ,I have a form with link “operate” on it.when I click
that link , one form will open and on load of that form I am running one agent and that agent is taking fields reference of parent form and do some manipulations and return something .Now I want to manipulate that return value by agent as I want to set that value on the fields on the child form. can you let me know how to do that .I want to get handle of the value return by the agent in a field and by java script I want to do some manipulation so that I can show then on child form.
In child form create a same fields (hidden, computed or computed for display) which parent forms and create à computed fields to manipulate values and all values can be accessed with javascript.
The best way to handle the manipulations is by using a computed/computed when composed field in the child form which referneces to the parent form. You need to manipulate this data using formula language. A simple example is adding a "RE " string in the subject field…
