We have an agent that pulls information from the AS/400 and creates mail messages. We have another agent that takes the replies from those emails and writes them back to the 400. Sometimes those agents hang, if the agent hangs for long enough it causes the server to crash. Could someone direct me to documentation that will allow me to create a notification that would tell me that the agent is hanging and needs attention? Thanks in advance for your help and advice.
