Hi,
I have form with an embedded view in a Web application. The user can check the documents using check boxes and process them by clicking an action button. The button creates a documents which inherites the universal IDs of the checked documents and the WebQuerySave event of the newly created document initiate an agent that does the process.
Sometimes I got the following error message appear in the server’s console:
Agent ‘AgentName’ error: Invalid universal id
The same error message appears in case of other agents as well, and also, another copy of this application runs in a different server without failures, so it seems that there is nothing wrong with the codes.
What happened in the past is that I reinstalled the server with the original server and certification ID, and copied this application with data on file level (using Windows Explorer) from the backup. Can it cause the problem?
