After searching for documents in a view of a full-text-indexed database, you can no longer sort the columns of that view

I hope you are able to shed some light on how to resolve the following problem

Server 7.0.1

Client 6.5.5

Mailfile is full-text indexed and the user select the all document view.

He searches for the information he need and it does show him all the information requested, but he is unable to sort the view.

Following information on the IBM support web - SPR# KTOT6JCL9N - there is a workaround to this but no permanent solution.

Have anyone seen this problem and been able to resolve it?

Hello,

Are you able to click the “More” button to the right of the area where you enter in what you are searching for and select “keep current order (sortable)” for “Sort results by”?
