I create a mail-in database and wrote the agent to run after new mail has arrived but the agent did not run. The agent works fine when I run manually. I used unprocessedDocuments to grap the document to process. Anybody know what else I need to do…

The way you are doing is not going to work. It works a little different from ‘after mail agents’ which use that property.
Previous post had link to the Agent FAQ. If you have not seen it before, here is the specific portion of the FAQ which gives you examples and tells you exactly how to make it work. But the rest of it is good reading too

Julie, that is very helpful advice you just gave, well done. Nothing is more irritating than being told by a socially inept propellorhead with bad personal hygeine to ‘RTFM’. Lucky they’re not permitted out into the light all that often huh?

Did you have a bad day? Would you like to elaborate on your statement “socially inept propellorhead with bad personal hygeine to ‘RTFM’”, which I assume is coined at me. I just don’t feel that comment is fair!
As Julie pointed out, the Agent FAQ has an entire section dedicated to mail agents, and the original poster clearly hadn’t read the FAQ.
Have a quick look at my 2,000+ postings in these forums, and let me know if you believe I should stop posting…
