As this end of support for legacy APNS protocols is approaching, reminder this will effect Sametime v9 and v10 environments. The following article has additional information for review.

After March 2021, APNS (Apple Push notifications) will no longer work in Sametime V9 or V10 environments

Issue

After March 31 2021, Apple will drop support for the legacy APNS protocol that is used in Sametime V9 and V10.

Resolution

If you require mobile APNS (Apple Push Notification), Sametime will need to be upgraded to HCL Sametime v11.
