After change the ID's certifier, user unable to access application or form created previously

Dear all expert.

Recently we changed 1 of our user’s ID certifier. Previously was alex/edp/sbt but now is alex/pro/sbt. But after change, he was unable to access all the document created previously in workflow application.

Kindly please advice.

Sounds like you have a security field on the form that’s preventing access. Are there any Readers or Authors fields on the form that would lead to the problem document holding the original name?
