ADSync - Existing names in the Domino Directory to Active Directory?

I am trying a setup of Domino with Active Directory (ADSync). Most of the option works.

I have a quick question…How do we bring the existing user names in the Domino Directory to the Active Directory?

Any new name created in Domino is reflected in AD and viceversa. But what to do for the Existing names (names created in Domino before AD was introduced).
