Adminp move mailfile - old file doesn't delete

Hello

when I move a Database to a now location (on the same server) it creates it, deletes the old and creates a marker (which is expected behaviour).

But if I try to move a mailfile, it also creates a new replica but never deletes the old file (and does not create a marker).

Is this normal behaviour and if yes, why?

Do you have an AdminP task waiting for approval? Look for an “Approve Deletion of Moved Replica” document or an “Approve Mail File Deletion” document in the views Pending Administrator Approval/By Age or By Server.

did you check where in the delete process it failed? check the “All by name” view in admin4.nsf under the user’s name and find the request and see that all steps have processed or where it has failed.

Thanks for your help, but there is no “Delete Original Replica after Move” request. They only appear for normal Databases, somehow they are missed moving mailfiles (tried 3 mailfiles yet)

I’m experiencing the same problem. But sometimes adminp manage to create delete file request. Any idea why?

Have the same problem when moving user from one server to another. Adminp can’t delete the file and neither can I even using full admin access.
