When the fixup task run on the names.nsf (cluster server 8.5.1 on Windows server 2008)the 2 tasks adminp and RnRmgr stop. We should start then manualy.
Is it a bug ?
The log of the server just before the tasks stop:

Subject: Fixup switches?
What switches are you feeding the Fixup Utility?
Subject: Sounds like
your NAB is flagged as having calendar data in it so RnRMgr tries to open it to see if its R&R data or not.
Your NAB should not be marked as having a Calendar in it so I suggest you find my NoCal.exe and run it on your NAB. I posted NoCal many moon ago to the Sandbox but it will still work just fine.
As for why AMgr cares, it probably needs to check rights and cannot so it stops to be safe.

Subject: NoCal.exe
Bruce, I have a huge need for your NoCal executable to flag several databases on one particular server to be exempt from the Schedule Manager. However, we are a Solaris shop and I see that your exe was written for windows. What properties exactly is NoCal targeting?
Subject: “Ya can’t get there from here”
I am very sorry about taking so long to answer. For some reason the forum monitor tools failed to tell me you replied to my post so I never saw it until my Google-fu caught it this morning.
While the title above is somewhat cheeky, the straight answer is that it targets unexposed settings that non-developers do not have access to. That is why I created the tool in the first place.
Perhaps if you ask Support nicely they can build you a version for your desired OS. Alternately, you can run it remotely on any database from your Windows system. For example:
nocal ServerA/Acme!!mail\bruce.nsf
will cause NoCal to clear the setting from mail\bruce.nsf on server ServerA/Acme.
