Administrator tasks

Hi We are new to the Domino/Notes environment.

We have a Notes Administrator starting next week to look after our servers and since he will be the only Notes person we will have we would like to know what tasks/functions he should be checking on a daily basis.

Not that we want to check up of him be as stated he will be our Notes guru leading us blind folks on this adventure.

Any help would be appreciated.

SorryI meant that he mind understand, but I would like when asking him for a status report to understand what he is talking about and to not be sitting there looking like a moron.

We are hiring him because as I said we are new to the Lotus Domino environment and he will be taking over prime responsibility for the servers.
