Administrative rights to a user on a LN server

How to give rights of user creation and deletion to a user on a LN server (6.5).I have added that particular user in ‘Administrators’ field and also given ‘editor’ rights on ‘certlog.nsf’. Iam unable to register users using that particular user.

Not sure where you’re failing, but that user has to have rights to create new databases on the server also

Add your user to the LocalDirectoryAdmins group in the NAB.

Group name: LocalDirectoryAdmin

Description: This group should contain all Directory administrators in your domain. The Domain Directory gives people in this group Group and Person creator access.
