I would be much appreciated if I could have your advise on the following question:
How can I be an administrator for someone’s mail database and do any of the administrative jobs without being able to see his/her messages which
after all, must remain private.
Thanks in advance,
Regards Nick Dakoronias
Subject: Administer other’s mail db
They can give you specific access to certian mail DB items by going to tools> preferences> Access & delegation in their mail file.

Thomas,Thanks for your response.
I have also found that a DBase Designer can create a role in Dbase ACL in order to assign special access to database design elements and functions. For example, this is applicable when
you want to allow a specific group of users to edit specific documents in the database

To do this, any changes you make will be overwritten in the nightly design update unless you turn off inheritance. Not the optimal solution.
Ehta is the issue of Private e-mails? is the administrator not trusted?
