One of my sites added a disk cabinet to their mail server and created a directory link to “mail2” folder on the new drive cabinet.
When I look at that folder with the Admin client files view, it shows each mail file listed twice. At the OS level, there is only one of each.
Also, the adminp process returns this log error when acting on those databases – as if they are OS level files rather than in the Notes Data structure:
Admin Process: File name: H:Mail2\garzatx.nsf: This database is currently being used by someone else. In order to share a Notes database, all users must use a Domino Server instead of a File Server.
Why and how to correct?
