We are having a strange issue when we send mail to our ISP. When we send an email to any of them at onyx.net it converts the domain part of their address to ours which is wiltoncentre.co.uk. The message then fails to send and gets into a message loop.
Does anyone have any idea’s? This problem has been hanging around for ages.

I would go in the Administrative client and look at the Configuration > Messaging > Configurations document- there are a variety of smtp settings in there that might be doing this.

I can’t see anything obvious in the documents, can you suggest what setting maybe the problem?

Make sure your foriegn SMTP document is correct. Normally this means that the server does not know that the Email is to leave the internal environment.
