Hi All,
I am trying to use a customer database (customers.nsf) as an additional address book. Customers.nsf is created from template PUBNAMES. I also created a Directory Assistance database which named DA.nsf and put in the server document (BASICS tab > DIRECTORY INFORMATION section> DIRECTORY ASSISTANCE DATABASE NAME field). A document called CONTACTS is created in DA.nsf with the following properties:
Domain Type: Notes
Domain name: Contacts
Make this domain availbale to: both Notes and LDAP
Group authorization: yes
Enabled: Yes
Naming contexts: I have not modified it
Replicas: server name is the server name, file name is Contacts.nsf
There is only one server in the domain so DA.nsf is not replicated.
I entered a few people to Contacts.nsf (fill out only FIRST NAME, LAST NAME and INTERNET ADDRESS fields) and I restarted the server.
What happens is: when I create a new memo and start typing a name that is contained only by Contacts.nsf the name is found but when I click SEND I got the error message “This name is not in a directory”.
Am I doing something wrong or am I on a wrong way?
