I need to know how to create a conference room in the Resource Reservation database.

First, you need to have at least Author access with 'Create Resource role assigned. If not, contact your Domino Administrator to give you proper access.

Then, in the RR db click on Resources in the left pane. In the view on the right side click on ‘New Resource’ button … if you can get this far, it is self explanatory …
