Hello,
I am trying to assign NOTES.INI variables to Notes client users using a desktop policy settings document. I’m using the Administration Help file ‘Using policies to assign NOTES.INI or Location document settings to Notes client users.’
Would someone please help me open the desktop policy settings document in the Designer client? I don’t know which application the desktop policy settings form is contained within.

Hi Joan,
You can view a Desktop Settings document in the Domino Designer client under the Policy Settings\Desktop Settings Form view of a server’s names.nsf.

Thank you, I did find the form. Should I be concerned that names.nsf has ‘inherit design from master template’ enabled pointing to template ‘StdR4PublicAddressBook?’
Will names.nsf overwrite my changes to this form because the changes have not been made to StdR4PublicAddressBook?
