Hello All,
I would like to automatically add a disclaimer at the end of the body field of each mail sent by our users from their mailbox (internal or external email).
I wanted to add it when inserting signature but it will sound weird to users; so the disclaimer has to be at the end of the body when sending the mail.
Does anyone know where can I add it in the mail template ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I’m lost.
Thanks

From the Domino Administrator, click the Configuration tab and expand the Server or Messaging section. 2. Click Configurations.
Select the Configuration Settings document for the Domino Web Access mail server(s) and click Edit Configuration.
Select the Domino Web Access tab.
At the bottom you can create disclaimer test.
Save the document and restart the Domino server.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
I guess this is only working when the users are using Domino Web Access ; not when using Notes.
But the Domino 7 server has this function included.

Yes, my users use notes client and we don’t have Notes 7;
I found a code posted here by John Rowland and it seems to work for Memo form; I’m testing with reply and reply with history;
I also want it to work with BlackBerry, is it possible ?
