Add a Calendar

I am attempting to add a Notes application calendar to mail database. I click the Add a Calendar…, I select Add Notes application calendar. I click the Lookup… button, select the application, and then select the view. But then the OK button on the dialogbox is grayed out and I cannot actually add the calendar to my mail file.

I have successfully added other application calendars to my mail file, with out an issue. I looked at the design of the calendar and I do have access to it.

How should I fix this issue.
