can I install Active server pages running under Domino web server? and how to install? or any manual / document please.

If you mean ASP.NET, take a look at Proposion’s Aspen product. Otherwise, you’ll need to use MS IIS (which can be installed in front of Domino).

Look in Administrator help under (I think) “Installing Domino with IIS”.
