Action Applet problems using Sun JVM

If under Domino Web, I launch 2 consecutive child windows that both use the Action Applets, the second window will not load the applet (even after closing the first window before creating the 2nd child window).Then all the IE sessions must be shut down.

Previously, this had not been a problem.

This issue is either a 6.0.2 CF1 bug, a Sun JVM issue (with the latest release 1.4.1.03), or an IE6 issue.

Subject: Latest Sun JVM causes problems…

I knew that older Sun JVM’s had issues, but for the most part there was good success with the newer ones. Not anymore. Both releases of 1.4.1.02 and 1.4.1.03.

After re-installing an older Microsoft VM (no longer available from Microsoft directly), the problems went away.

This is a big problem, I hope Sun can fix their issues.
