ACT 2005 and Notes 6.x - is it possible?

Is anyone using ACT 2005 with Lotus Notes 6.x?

Previous versions of ACT allowed ACT to hook a front end client within ACT to retrieve/send email through Lotus Notes. It was a little tricky (ACT complained about vim32.dll and the location of notes.ini), but we were able to get this to work. This setup allowed email with contacts in the ACT database to be tracked and logged, which users liked.

My understanding is the ACT 2005 completely abandons Lotus Notes, in favor of Outlook (of course). So the question is (again)…

Is anyone using ACT 2005 with Lotus Notes 6.x?
