I work in a Domino network where I have several Domino servers. My colleague has been locked out of 2 specific servers while he can access all others without a problem (using the same password). The error he gets is “server error: your account is locked out; see your system administrator to reset it”. Can someone tell me how to do this, and why this would happen when it has worked without any issues before.
