My IBM ID seems to be fouled up so that I can’t access fix packs. When I click to download the file, I get a message “there is an issue with your login that needs to be addressed before you can continue. Please contact the help desk below.

Anyways, I have submitted a request to have that resolved, but they could give me no time estimate.
In the meantime our Traveler task is crashing and I’d like to upgrade to the lastest Fix pack.
Is there any way I can obtain this fixpack without logging into my account ? Ironically I can log into Passport and download the entire product, but I can’t download the fix pack.
