Access to archive if not mail file owner

I have a series of mailboxes where the owner of the mailfile is not a person but the name of a product. I have set up corresponding archive databases for each mailfile. My problem is the administrators of the mailboxes are not offered access to the archive via the usual route off the Tools menu. Both the product name and the administrator’s name are in the acl of the mailbox and archive with editor access. I could distrubute bookmarks but there are rather a lot of maiboxes and the staff tend to change quite frequently.

Any ideas of how to offer simple access to the archive would be much appreciated.

Archive database filenames are usually based off the filename. So, what you need to do is add a button to the mail template that computes the archive database filename and opens the file.
