We are currently upgrading our users from V4.6.7 to 6.5.4 and we are experiencing the following problem. A problem was reported this morning in that repeating meetings could not be accepted by v4.6 users if the repeating had been created in v6.5.4. To check this, I have set up a test repeating meeting (using 6.5.2) . The user stated that the option to “Add to Calendar” was not available when they received the invite and the only way they found to add the entry was to use the “Pencil in” option. However, this only added the first date to the diary and not the subsequent dates.
has anyone else come accross this problem and how did you sort it out!
