Install appears to complete normally, but on launch, I only get the splash screen for a 15 secs or so and then it goes away. Notes itself never launches.
Any suggestions?

Is this a citrix/terminal server install?
single/multiple user? Standard or Basic? Installed during a full moon? default or modified locations/INI settings?
