I have a Notes 8.5.1 Fix Pack 1 Mac user running on Leopard 10.5.8.
She is setting her home page options (Home tab, “Click here for Home Page Options”) and editing her home page. She also sets her in-box view to display newest to oldest.
When she exits Notes and restarts, the options she selected are gone and her messages in her in-box view revert back to displaying oldest first.
If she sets her in-box view to order messages by sender, then closes the in-box tab and re-opens it, messages again are sorted by date (oldest to newest), it appears she can’t override default display options.
Anyone have any thoughts as to what could cause this behavior? We have about a half-dozen Mac users, she’s the only one with this issue.
