Hi,
We are migrating from Kony Visualizer Enterprise 7.3.0 to Kony 8.2. In this process once we open 8.2 we are unable to open 7.3.0 even after closing 8.2. We are maintaining separate workspace for both 7.3.0 and 8.2.
Once we open 7.3.0 we are getting white blank screen. We tried eclipsec. Still we are facing issue in windows laptops. The same out onsite team uses Mac Machines and they dont see any probelm.
Could you please help us to resolve it ASAP by today.
