6.5.1 Field: 'tmpUseLongDate' error message

New User on 6.5.1 receiving 2 errors.First = “Error trying to open document: Note item not found”

Second = Field: ‘tmpUseLongDate’: Incorrect data type for operator or @Function: Time/Date expected.

This user is attempting to open a meeting reply which includes comments or an attachment. This is from an external group but I don’t beleive they are on Outlook.

Funny thing is that it works fine if the user opens a reply from the same user/company and it has no attachment or comments.

I’ve seen the issue in here regarding it being fixed in 6.0.2 so I am curious if it may be a regression bug issue? Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Catalino - one of my users is getting the same error - did you find any fixes or any further information?

Hi David,

Sorry, I never saw that there was a response to the original posting.

We have not fixed the issue, and I still haven’t heard anything regarding a fix on this.

I have recently seen this issue for a few users in 6.5.1 when working with a meeting invitation from ANOTHER 6.5.1 user. This rules out an exclusive MS/Outlook issue, which unfortunately leads to more unanswered questions.

We’re going to put in an incident with IBM for this, since we’re looking at internal only issues now.

Good luck with it on your end!!

Cat

I am also getting the same error when someone counter proposes a meeting time on R6.2.

Catalino,

I have a customer with exactly the same problem (same error message when opening meeting acceptance/decline) from mixed users Domino/Exchange. The difference here is that they have a Blackberry server, and it seems to fail only when the meetings are accepted from the Blackberry handheld. If the meeting is accepted/declined from Lotus Notes, then the error message is not seen.

Have you got any further feedback on this issue?

Many Thanks,

Nuncio Di Mare.-
