6.5.1 Client Crashes when trying to ad text to the body

The client crashes when you try to ad text to the (body) Rich text field. Reinstalling the client doesn’t fix problem. Deleting the profile seems to have solved the problem for the time being. OS is Win2000 sp4. The hardware is IBM 300PL’s and Netvista Here is the stack form the NSD:

The only thing htat jumps out at me is that the exception is “access violation” and the platform in Win 2000. Double-check the user’s rights to the Notes directory and subdirectories. They should have complete access to them. They need to be able to read, write, and create files in the Notes Data directory to use all the functions of Notes.

I have no solutions - but I am working with a client who has the same issue. They worked fine - flawlessly under 6.5… the crashing started when they updated to 6.5.1. Some of their users have downgraded back to 6.5 with no errors since.
