Hi,i have some problem with the email server.All my customer send to us the email, there are very high posibility that they receive the error.
550 requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable or not local
Sometimes we can receive the mails. But the customer required to resend probably a few times.
And also when we send mail, there are times that the mail at stuck in the server.
I didn’t make any changes to the server and previously it was running fine. Please advise what is the problem and how to solve as soon as possible.
