2nd Directory : mail to group problem

I have a 2nd directory on Domino and it is configured in directory Assistance. It contains external adresses and 1 group containing about 20 external adresses. Using the 2nd directory group in lotus notes works well.

Creating a memo to this group in iNotes works well (type-ahead finds the group), viewing group details works, but sending mail responds with groupname@domain not found.

In DA, the fake domain is local, in the group document, the maildomain is our real domain.

Anybody has an idea on where to look?

Found the problem :the field restrict names lookup to Primary Directory only was enabled. This way, the smtp engine (inotes uses this) was limited to only the primary directory…
