2 Users having issues in sending emails to outside world---Please help

HI All,

I have 2 users who are having problems in sending emails to the outside world. They are able to send but the person who is receiving gets it multiple times…What could be the reason?

I checked user’s location document and it seemed to be fine …

I had this issue once. I remember asking our ISP at the time what they thought the issue was. In Domino, there was nothing tat spelled trouble.

Our ISP, (Sprint), said that there was a bug in a certian router that was causing this, but I can’t rememeber the router brand.

Not sure if this is your issue, but it might be something to look at.
