2 new emails in inbox but inbox is empty

Hello Lotus Notes Users,

Not sure if this has been asked but, when I check my Lotus Notes Mail Information to the left of the client e.g (Inbox, Draft, Sent, Follow Up, etc…) In the Inbox it indicates that there are 2 new emails but when I open my Inbox there either isn’t any mail or there are mail that I have already read…what’s wrong?..can anyone help me on this problem
