We are proud to announce that we have updated our 1st freeware suite ( 3 x databases ) and it is now available for download.
You can now create a mail-in database by filling in a screen with 6 fields.
The application - ITIL Lite is a database that allows you to track the hardware and software installed on your network/s, hardware including PDAs, routers, servers and workstations as well as the software installed - versions, directories and when upgraded.
Once you have created a server document and specified the IP address you can connect to the server via a Action bar button with MSTSC for Windows servers or Putty / WinSCP for a Unix / AIX server.

The Spiceworks “Application” looks pretty impressive, but its not a “Notes” application.
It has ADs - ours will next have Ads !!!
If you check our webs site - oznotes.net you will see we have been developing our Application(s) for 15 years.
They include Change Management, Project Management, Disaster Recovery, Software Development (Agile) as par of the applications - Change Request ( CREAM Methodology ) etc. etc. etc. approx. 30 notes databases.
I dont think Spiceworks has any of these functions.
