14.5 new mail behaviour

Hi all,

I recently upgraded my mail file to the to 14.5 mail template and have noticed two differences :
1 - I cannot edit a sent email and then send it again (before I used to be able to do it and it was a very handy feature)
2 - I went into a sent email and I wanted to solicit an answer from the recipient. Before I just hit “Reply to all” and I would get a new email with same recipient. Now I got the recipient in cc.

Is there any way to get the previous behaviour , maybe a new preference or setting that reverts to previous behaviour?

Hi Mike,

I did a quick test and was able to edit a sent mail by doing a double click. Same goes with scenario 2. However, I noticed that some of the recipients gets into the cc field leaving only one user in the “To” field. We will further check on this and will get back to you on this. Thank you!
