XPages-based application eventHandlers and dialog are not working on Domino 14.5

The issue described here will only affect XPages that are not using the default OneUI theme. If your XPages Use the default ONEUI theme, you can upgrade to 14.5 and not see this issue. The above KB article has been amended to reflect this.

Hopefully all these issues will be resolved in FP1 and xpage users can upgrade to 14.5
