100% CPU Usage in Client

I have noticed that when I do anything with my mail (read a message, move a message, receive a message etc), the nlnotes.exe process uses 100% of a CPU for 10+secs to a few minutes. If my mail is vaguely active (ie: I’m using it), it will just use 100% CPU continuously. This was also happening with 8.5.1 FP4 (and previous FP versions I think), I’m currently on 8.5.2.

I have tried deleting the full text index and recreating with no options selected (ie: no attachments etc).

I have also run fixup and compact on it, and these don’t appear to have helped either.

I have a 6GB mail file (after running an archive to remove items older than 3 years).

Any thoughts or ideas welcome.

Thanks.

Subject: Still happening

This is still happening.

Slowly driving me insane!!!

The only extra thing I can add is under the “Progress” tab I have noticed there are 2 tasks that are always running when the CPU is at 100%, called:

“Property Broker Dispatcher Job”

“notify Property Brokers Listeners”

When I request to cancel them, nothing happens (except for the message “(Cancel Requested)”, and they just sit there (for hours).

If there is anything I can to to get this bug escalated, that would be great.

Thanks.

CWPPK0001E Property borker Dispatcher Job

CSPPK0040W notify Property Borker Listeners

fileMenuDelegate.reconnectedPolJob

compacting memory
