1 person failed registration or incompletely registered

Hi,

Anyone encounter error when try to register a new user? - “1 person failed registration or incompletely registered , see local note log for detail”

I try search the detail but no luck?

Am i looking the correct DB - log.nsf under my own data folder or log.nsf in the server registeration? I had tried both, but there is no detail regarding this.

Please help.

sometimes, errors are stored in the certlog db, try to find a document with the name of the user or the OU of the user in this db

Yes, you must look at your local Notes desktop log.nsf .

I came across that message and it had to do with my privileges on that particular server.

I had checked and make sure my name is appear at:-

  1. Under security tab>> server access list and create Database as well.

  2. ACL under certlog.nsf

  3. ACL under Names.nsf

I even remove and readd my name, but still no luck.

I got no problem with another server, which i manage to register user, this error only occur when I tried to register at one of my server " FAILED: file does not exist".

Any suggestion?
