Zombie processes

Daily, after some time of using Lotus Notes full client on Mac there are a lot of zombie processes:

1001 26034 25947 0 0:00.00 ?? 0:00.00 (NotesDynConfig)

1001 26038 25947 0 0:00.00 ?? 0:00.00 (NotesDynConfig)

1001 26049 25947 0 0:00.00 ?? 0:00.00 (NotesDynConfig)

1001 26052 25947 0 0:00.00 ?? 0:00.00 (NotesDynConfig)

1001 26064 25947 0 0:00.00 ?? 0:00.00 (NotesDynConfig)

1001 26067 25947 0 0:00.00 ?? 0:00.00 (NotesDynConfig)

The number of processes increases to the system limits, slows down the system and render Notes unusable. Problem is reproducible ALWAYS on every machine using Lotus Notes 8.8-8.5.1. Googling around shows that many people have this problem.
