Your mail cannot be located.Use file mobile current location

HI I receive follwoing message while closing the sametime chat transcript window as i have selected ( save always ) option for saving chat transcripts.

" your mail file cannot be located. Use file mobile current location…to ensure mail file is specified correctly."

Any help is appreciated.

Well… look at your current location document and see what it says for mail file information. You see the location name at the bottom right… click it and select Edit Current. Is the location it gives for your mail file correct?

What does it say in your location document about where your mail file is? What is the server name in the location document? What is the filepath in the location document? Are those the correct server name and filepath for your mail file?

Hi:Mail file is currently on the server.

mail file location ( on server )

mail file ( in default mail folder )

those are correct server name and filepath for mail file.

this error occurs on;y when i try to save chat transcripts to database or when it is saved automatically.
