"Your certificate has expired" error when migrating to CA process

When running through the “Migrate Certifier” process, I get the error “Your certificate has expired”. It occurs regardless of which user(s) I create it with or which ones I include as CAs/RAs, so it doesn’t appear to be related to that. I’ve tried it on two different severs with the same results.

None of the relevant user certificates, server certificates, or the certifier id certificate are expired.

The only other item I’ve noticed is that there are two certificates in my certifier ID file with identical names dates - I’m not sure if this is a problem or if there is anything that can be done to fix it (I don’t see any way to delete one of them).
