Bonjour 
On a database, design locking enabled, try to edit and save the database icon results in the following error message : “You need to lock this design element first”
I have to disable design locking, edit and save the icon then enable design locking
Is it a bug?

investigating.
At minimum, you should at least be able to lock the icon note with the lock menu option on the Design menu when the icon note is selected in the navigator! Though we may use a different workaround at this point in 851, still looking at the issue.
